Urban Guerilla Philly retains all rights concerning their emblems, trade names, brand names, and trade dress. These marks, names or trade dress, and all associated logos or images are registered, and common law emblems of Urban Guerilla Philly and are protected by U.S. and international laws and treaties. No license to the utilization of such marks, names or trade dress is granted to you under these Terms or by your use of the Services. Your misuse of the emblems displayed on the Services is strictly prohibited. The Services may also contain references to other emblems, trade names, brand names, and trade dress from entities aside from Urban Guerilla Philly.
